Grilled seasonal fish, scallops, Ise turban shells, Shimonoseki pufferfish, chicken wings, smoked cheese

Curry Kiritanpo with eel liver, Hokkaido octopus balls, dried blackthroat seaperch, Japanese black beef, meat of the day

Grilled vegetables and shiitake mushroom salad

(For group banquet course reservations, the menu will include Hokkaido octopus and rosy seabass, as well as sandfish and tiger prawns.)

We start a fire one hour before your visit, begin grilling fish and other dishes on the hearth, and wait for you with the ingredients ready. Please be sure to follow the rules and refrain from cancelling your reservation without permission.
