A seafood-only plan that combines dried fish and shellfish.This course goes well with sake or white wine, and of course beer, too.

Grilled seasonal fish, scallops, Ise turban shells, clams, squid dumplings, Shimonoseki pufferfish, chicken wings

Whole dried sandfish, eel liver curry kiritanpo

Dried Nodoguro (rosy seabass), dried firefly squid, prawns, Kushiro Hokkaido Hon-Shishamo (smelt), vegetables and grilled shiitake mushrooms, salad

We start a fire one hour before your visit, begin grilling fish and other dishes on the hearth, and wait for you with the ingredients ready. Please be sure to follow the rules and refrain from cancelling your reservation without permission.
